Until recently, it was not uncommon for people to spend all day sipping on sodas or coffee. These beverages in moderation are alright for us to have it is just that we had to learn that they did not replace plain old water. Water is needed to flush out our systems and to keep us hydrated. Our bodies are fifty to sixty percent water when you are mature and depending on whether you are male or female.

Everyday our bodies lose water because of our bodily functions. The climate we live in can also help determine how much water we lose each day. This is why it is so extremely important that we replace it daily. If you are the type of person that might go two or three days without even thinking of drinking a glass of clear, pure water, then you definitely need a change in what you drink.

It has been said that a person should drink eight full glasses of water everyday, but realistically, this could be a little difficult for some of us. It is better to ask your doctor and based on your age, weight, and health issues, he might be able to tell you the accurate amount of water you should drink each day. The point is if you never drink water, you may not be healthy for long. Dehydration can cause muscle aches and headaches. Whenever we are partaking in sports or other activities, especially in the hot out doors, it is especially important to keep hydrated and nothing works better than plain water. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration sides with the plastics industry that BPA-based products don’t pose a health issue. an expert panel of analysts reported at a U.S. Govt meeting that the aptitude for BPA to affect human health is a concern, and more research is required.

The panel cited proof that northern Americans have levels of BPA higher than those found to cause harm in lab animals. Patagonia Inc, another outdoor-gear retailer based in Ventura, Calif, pulled polycarbonate water bottles from its forty stores worldwide in December 2005 and, 4 weeks later, organic food chain whole foods Markets stopped selling polycarbonate baby bottles and kid drinking cups.

Some environmental groups in the US and Canada expect others will shortly follow that lead. “Given there are comparably priced, greener options, I am quite sure that inside two years, we are going to see the end of this chemical in buyer products,” said Rick Smith, executive director of Toronto-based Environmental Defense Canada. The argument turned an unwelcome attention on Nalge Nunc Global , a division of Waltham, Mass.-based Thermo Fisher Systematic Inc. It employs about 9 hundred folk at a plant tucked behind a shopping square in the Rochester suburb of Penfield.

Clinical trials of diabetic patients were run in a Korean hospital and reported by MBC TV in a program called the “Truth about Water of Life”.
