Day 7 of my water fast experience!!
March 11th 2010 (in Guam, we are a day ahead of the states)

IMPROVEMENTS!!

This is my first water fast although I have done a master cleanse and juice feasting in the past. I haven’t set a particular number of days as I will be breaking the fast when my body tells me to. At that point I will do a week of juicing and then following with the Hygienic diet (raw vegan foods – high fruit, some veggies, nuts, seeds).

I have researched this topic extensively but I am not an expert. Any and all comments, suggestions, opposing views are welcome. Please ask any questions and if I don’t know the answer I will find it. If you express opposing views please have proof/source to back it up preferably from a doctor as I have links below outlining the benefits of fasting by doctors.

If you are the type of person that might go two or three days without even thinking of drinking a glass of clear, pure water, then you definitely need a change in what you drink.

It has been said that a person should drink eight full glasses of water everyday, but realistically, this could be a little difficult for some of us. It is better to ask your doctor and based on your age, weight, and health issues, he might be able to tell you the accurate amount of water you should drink each day. The point is if you never drink water, you may not be healthy for long. Dehydration can cause muscle aches and headaches. If you suffer from these afflictions regularly and do not drink a recommended amount of water, maybe you should to see if it helps.

Whenever we are partaking in sports or other activities, especially in the hot out doors, it is especially important to keep hydrated and nothing works better than plain water. If you do not really like plain water, try some that are flavored, but pay attention to the sweeteners or artificial colorings that might be added. You can also get water from eating fruits too.
Cancer tumors cannot live in alkaline water. All cancer patients should be on alkaline water, and you and I should be drinking alkalized water so our bodies won’t provide an environment for cancer tumors to live.
